11月24日,东莞市清溪镇举行第二届客家“焖年鹅”现场烹饪活动。傅娴 摄据介绍,东莞清溪镇作为客家人聚居的小镇,保存了完好的客家文化和传统美食。过去清溪客家人过年必食“年鹅”,寓意富足肥美。随着生活水平的提升,如今“焖年鹅”已经成为当地人日常的一道特色美食。
本次现场烹饪活动邀请了当地100位民间制作“焖年鹅”的高手,架起100口传统柴火土灶,重现过去用柴火“焖年鹅”的热闹场景。

经过近两个小时的细火烹制,一只只风味独特的客家焖鹅出锅——汤汁浓稠、质地细嫩、鲜香浓郁,每一口都是对味蕾的极致诱惑。活动现场还评选出了14名“焖鹅高手”和1只“鹅王”。
