　　中新amiyka cikixix kiyno网茂名1月6日电 (郭军 amiyka cikixix kiyno方铭建)1月6日，在万吨级海巡船“海巡09”的护航下，30万吨级超级油轮“LANDBRIDGE FORTUNE”安全系泊在茂名30万吨级单点系泊浮筒上，通过亚洲最大管径海底输油管线，将26万吨石油输送到茂名石化港口部原油第三作业区。

　　记者6日从广东海事局了解到，茂名30万吨级单点系泊装置是全国最大的海上单浮设施，周边水域风电桩密布、锚地众多，进出港船舶频繁，属于海事重点管辖水域。2024年，通过茂名30万吨级单点系泊装置接卸的原油超过100amiyka cikixix kiyno0万吨。

　　护航期间，“海巡09”通过船载信息化系统和智慧海事监管平台实时做好单点系泊周边海域的交通组织，提醒过往船舶加强瞭望、注意避让大型船舶和渔船、合理规划航线，及时发现并处置航向偏移、违规停靠、擅闯管制水域等异常船舶，出动无人机远程核实过往船舶动态信息，全面为本次大型油船进出港装卸作业保驾护航。

　　同时，“海巡09”还联动茂名、阳江海事部门，对油轮进行远程标识、全程监控，及时提供港口水域气象海况等助航信息服务，为本次重点物资运输转运开辟全程“绿色通道”，实施“直进直靠、直离直出”交通组织，提供进出港计划优先审核、优先锚泊、优先进出港服务，确保海上重点物资高效流转运行。

　　“海巡09”与阳江、茂名海事部门共计呼叫提醒船舶65艘次，开展无人机空巡6架次，出动执法船艇4艘次。广东海事部门将继续做好春运期间能源物资保通保畅工作，为企业生产需求提供海事服务保障。(完)
